Mr. Williams has extensive experience in managing public technology companies. He is the founder and President of Tarpen Research Corporation, a private holding and consulting company instrumental in the launch of several technology companies including Distinctive Software Inc., Murex International Corporation, and InMedia Presentations Inc. Mr. Williams also served as President & CEO of Electronic Arts (Canada) Inc., North America's largest developer of Interactive software.
Mr. Williams currently serves as Director of YMBiosciences Inc., Blue Zone Productions Inc., Appareo Software Inc. and several other private corporations, and has been an Adjunct Professor, Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at the University of British Columbia, since 1993.
Bingo.com is moving towards a Pay for Play skill-based game, and is currently in the beta-testing stage of development and expects to be ready for consumers in the very near future. This business model will compliment the advertising model, which has proven itself to be very resilient. Mr. Williams stated that, ``We are building, what we believe to a be a fully compliant skill-based game and are able to capitalize on the valuable database that the company has developed over the past years. We are also developing a plan to license the games to third parties and further extend our revenue base towards a business that will redefine the company thereby creating new value for our shareholders.''
